Texas Wildflower

by Dennis Sentenac

This looks like a painting.

But it isn’t.

The flower was planted by no one, but by Someone.

Its wind-jostled image was captured at sunset.

[EdNote: This is a Texas Bluebell, or Bluebell Gentian. If you are a stickler for the Latin name it is Eustoma exaltatum.]
